All of us at New England Capital Financial Advisors would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very warm holiday season and especially in these pandemic times, a very healthy, safe and prosperous New Year. It is one of our greatest pleasures to exchange season’s greetings and thank those whose friendship and goodwill are so highly valued.
The Covid pandemic has changed many things over the last almost two years, including the way we live and work. I’d like to take this opportunity to review what hasn’t changed at New England Capital and what has changed.
What hasn’t changed is our commitment to you. Our mission is still to help you achieve successful financial outcomes and attain your life goals and objectives. Our goal is to match what matters most to you and your family, to your portfolio. We want to make sure your financial life is in harmony with who you are and where you want to be. We haven’t changed our core values of Teamwork, Integrity, Trust, Transparency, and Independence. These are the core values we live by internally in the office as well as the values we live by with our clients.
Also not changing is our constant desire to serve you better. With that premise in mind, we have changed and developed a Client Service Team at New England Capital. This team will help with tasks such as:
- Setting appointments, either by phone, in office, or virtual meetings
- Providing tax forms to you or to your tax preparer
- Creating paperwork (New applications, transfers, etc.)
- Updating paperwork (Change of beneficiary information, bank information, etc.)
- Setting up, stopping, or changing automatic distributions or contributions into your account.
- Calculating Required Minimum Distributions
- Updating addresses, phone numbers, email addresses
- Taking liquidation instructions
This dedicated team will be led by Darren Tapley and includes Michelle Acanfora, Deborah McConnell and the newest member of the New England Capital Team, Jaine Coann Barton, who just joined us last month. This streamlined approach will allow us to respond to your needs more quickly and efficiently while enhancing your overall experience.
Of course, the advisory team of Chris Lee, Ann Ocone, Matt Sczurek, Lindsey Teach and me will be available to you for strategic decision making on all financial planning and investment management matters.
