Our Process

Your decision to trust us is never taken lightly. We want to make sure you feel confident that your finances are in good hands. That is why we conduct a six-step process, which helps us take a deep dive into our client’s needs and discover how we can accommodate them.

Our current process for onboarding a new client is as follows:

1. Connect Meeting

One of our advisors will meet with you for approximately 30 minutes to review the history of our firm, how we work, and how we may be able to help you in achieving your goals.

2. Concierge Meeting

A member of our Advisory Team will assist you in becoming acclimated to our software systems. We will begin to collect data about your current financial situation and reaffirm the goals that we hope to achieve during our ongoing relationship.

3. Design Meeting

You and your advisor will work together in an interactive financial planning session. At the end of this session, you and your advisor will agree on the next steps required to begin your journey of achieving your financial goals.

4. Implementation Meeting

You will meet with a member of our Client Service Team to begin implementing the next steps of your plan.

5. Confirmation Meeting

Your advisor will reach out to confirm the implementation of your plan and to celebrate your initial successes.

6. Progress/Monitoring Meeting

You and your advisor will meet periodically to review your goals and your progress. We will also make changes to your financial plans as needed and continually monitor your success.
