New Features Coming Soon

I wanted to share some things we've been working on here at New England Capital to improve your client experience.  In the next few weeks, we will be adding 2 new features that we hope will make your lives and ours a little easier.  One of the things we often get asked is: Can you just text me?  As an SEC registered investment advisor, we have to follow strict rules regarding written communication. Text messages sent or received, just like our emails, need to be able to be archived for regulatory purposes.  We are implementing a new system that will allow you to text your advisor or our service team, while staying compliant with our regulators.

The other new feature is an online booking system. Rather than trading emails back and forth trying to find the best time to schedule an appointment, we will be able to provide you with a link to find the time that works best for you.

Now rest assured, we will still be keeping our traditional methods of scheduling appointments and communicating with you.  Unlike your teenagers, we will still answer the phone.  This is just another way to make things easier for those who wish to use the new tools.  If you prefer, you can still book an appointment by calling the office and speaking to Sam or another member of our service team.  Throughout this process, we have kept in mind what clients consistently tell us, they love calling the office and speaking to a real person, but we also wanted to give you these new opportunities as well.   Thank you for placing your trust in us.
